Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Information other than address will be published on the website www.nestmatrimony.com.
2. Public display will be permitted on Nest Matrimony's mobile application as well as on its website.
3. Guaranteed contact view as per registration tariff is subject to availability.
4. Like, shortlist, and profile view are allowed as per the tariff.
5. Royal Registration packages allow an executive for 4 months, services are available between 9.30am to 5.30pm on working days.
6. A team leader will be available on staff leave days only for Royal Registration customers.
7. For other registration packages, service arrangements will be subject to availability of service support staff.
8. Online premium package will have online service only. The validity period will be 4 months.
9. The validity of other registration packages will be till the marriage is confirmed, except for online premium.
10. The registration fee for the above-mentioned services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
11. The service charge paid at the time of confirmation of marriage will be refunded in case the marriage does not take place for any reason.
