A User ID is a unique combination of alphabet and numbers (e.g WEB636273CRM). Its important to identify you uniquely, a User ID is assigned to you when you register with us for further references and login purposes.

No. All the members will be provided with an exclusive nestmatrimony.com Use4r ID which cannot be changed. Password provided initially can be changed as needed by the user.

  • A free membership helps a user to understand what nestmatrimony.com is. The free membership is valid for 12 months.
  • A free member can express 10 interests for 12 month. It helps to test the availability of matching profiles.

All the profiles are validated before inclusion in the database. Validation of profiles is done manually, which takes 24 hours. Our support team meticulously validates each and every profile carefully on specific criterion before it is added to our database.SMS/ E-mail will be sent to you once the profile is validated and added.

We doesn’t encourage Dating or Friendship relation between members, we keep Traditional / Ancestral / Personal values of Indian Cultural. We categorically ignore profiles that are submitted by underage persons, and profiles that contain abusive content. We reject profiles that contain invalid data such as added for fun/looking for friendship/not related to marriage. We try and maintain the highest quality in the database we serve to ensure only members who are serious about marriage make use of the service.

  • By upgrading the user’s free membership to paid membership, the user may continue to access their matrimony profile for 12 months from the date of activation, or up to marriage.
  • If the user is not upgrading their profile, it will be visible to other paid members for 12 months. During this period the user can upgrade their profile to paid membership.

  • To become a paid member the user has to upgrade their profile. For this the user is required to register through online registration or fill up registration through any of the Nest Matrimony branch offices.

  • The paid members can avail an extensive search for suitable profile.
  • The paid member can view the address and contact numbers of their profile matches.
  • The paid member can avail an excellent customer care support.

  • The user can choose any of the payment methods specified in Nest Matrimony site to upgrade their profile to paid membership.
  • The user can either make their payment directly by visiting any of our nest matrimony offices or send payments to our offices by cash, cheque, DD/MO. We also accept online payments.

This occurs due to any of the following reasons:

  • The user might have entered incorrect User ID/ Password
  • By typing unnecessary spaces in User ID/ password (the User ID and Passwords are Key sensitive).

  • If the user forgot their User ID or password, click on the “Forgot?” link in the right side of the login window, provide your registered mobile number to the field and click submit/Login. The user will receive a SMS to their registered mobile number with new User ID/ Password.

There are various types of searches by which the user can search for your suitable matches. The user friendly search options available in nestmatrimony.com are the following:

  • Basic search
    • This search feature enables the user to view matching profiles according to gender, religion, marital status, height and age the user has chosen.
  • Quick search
    • This feature enables the user to view profiles according to the height and age the user have chosen
  • Advanced search
    • This is a detailed search and will provide the user accurate results based on gender, height, age, marital status, religion, cast, education, occupation location etc
  • Web ID search.
    • The user can find persons through ID details they have mentioned. The profiles matching to the keywords the user have entered will be listed after this search.

This could be due to the user’s search criteria. So if the user is searching for particular narrow categories, try to broaden their search.

Express interest feature enables the user to send automated messages to members and let them know that he/she is interested in them.

If the member has accepted/declined the interest request, the user will be notified via SMS to their registered mobile number. The user can view how many members have accepted/declined his/her interest.

To get in touch with interested profiles, login with User ID and password, search for your matches. In the search result page, click on “contact” button to send a message to the member, expressing your interest.

If the user is a paid member of nestmatrimony.com, then he/she can view other member’s phone number and address. Contact details are available in website, mobile app or branch offices.

No. as a non member user, he/she can only search a few profiles, but to contact them he/she have to be a nestmatrimony.com paid member.

  • To add photo to user profile, login with User ID and Password.
  • Click on link where the user name is displayed on the top right side of the window. Click on the edit profile section. Then click the “Add photo” link.
  • Click the browse button and select the photo in .jpg format and click upload.

  • The user can add up to ten photos to their profile.
  • The photo must be in .jpg format no larger than 5MB

To crop the photo , move the cursor and select the image of the user’s face within the square as much the user wish.

  • The user can email their photos to nestmatrimonyinfo@gmail.com indicating the user’s User Id and password.
  • Sent the photos with user ID and Password to our WhatsApp numbers provided in the website.
  • If the user do not have a digital (scanned) photo, visit any of our branch offices and submit your photo directly we will upload your photo to your profile free of cost.

Every photo posted on our website involves a manual screening with some terms and conditions. The turnaround time for validation is 24 hours. Only after the photo is validated it will be available to all members to see.

Login using User ID and Password. Click on link where the user name is displayed on the top right side of the window. Click on the edit profile section. Enhance the photo by clicking on the photo. Click delete link and delete the photo.
