Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to join our team in Perinthalmanna. As a Call Centre Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
