Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to join our team in Alappuzha. As a Call Centre Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
