Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and address any questions or concerns.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases with relevant information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
